About
Darcy read for a BA in History and an MSt in Medieval History at Regent’s, giving her a deep and lasting connection to the college community past and present. Having experienced Regent’s as both a student and alumna, she knows the college well and is passionate about its future as it approaches its centenary and embarks on its long-awaited campaign for full college status.
Alongside her role at Regent’s, Darcy works with The Seren Network to provide teaching, mentoring and support to young people from Wales when applying to University. She also gives talks and lectures related to her area of historical research: women in Anglo-Saxon England, usually from a material-cultural perspective.
Responsibilities
Darcy is the primary point of contact for all Regent’s and Greyfriars alumni, leading the College’s alumni engagement through its events programme and communications. She also oversees the College’s external communications, managing the website and social media channels to promote Regent’s and strengthen its connections with the wider community.
